Referral procedure

SmileLux welcomes referrals for Private Orthodontic Treatment for both adults and children.

You can refer patients by:

Using our online referral form
Downloading and printing a patient referral form - (which can be sent to us by fax, post, or email)
Calling us on 01908 398068

Any radiographs, photographs or study models that you can provide will assist in treatment planning (we will always return your records to you).

Our promise to you

We will always keep you fully updated and informed of your patient's progress - and advise your patients to continue their regular dental appointments with you throughout orthodontic treatment.

At the end of your patient’s orthodontic treatment journey, they will be discharged back to you for continuing care.
