If you would like to refer a friend, please fill out the form below. Alternatively, you can email us or fill out a ‘Refer a Friend’ card in our reception area. If your friend starts orthodontic treatment with us, we will contact you to give you your complimentary gift!
*Voucher will be issued once your friend begins orthodontic treatment (minimum spend of £500 applies). Limited to one voucher per referred patient. Offer available to existing or previous SmileLux patients only.
